Does Eric Holder Care if Hispanics are Disenfranchised?

While New York is definitely the reigning king of vote fraud since they not only commit rampant vote fraud they try to put the police in jail for exposing it; Texas is moving up with yet more allegations of vote fraud.  While the clip in the link tells more of the story, here is a quote:

In one example listed in the lawsuit, 23 voters who cast a ballot in favor of Rivera were registered to a home on East 6th street in Weslaco.

This as an election between two Hispanic candidates in a primarily Hispanic district.  Who is going to protect Hispanics from vote fraud?  Not Eric Holder and DOJ who have opposed every effort by Texas to stop vote fraud.  If the allegations are true, keep in mind that it is Hispanics who are being disenfranchised.
